What are these green things on my rock?

Hello everyone! I’m new to the marine tank hobby, I’ve had my tank cycling for just over a week and added this rock today, wet from my lfs. These long green parts that look like sticks are attached. A couple of them have a feather type end. Can someone help me identify them, and let me know if they are a good thing? I tried google lens but got all sorts of results and got a bit lost. Thanks a bunch!

Welcome and agree with the above. Harmless filter feeders. The smaller ones you will typically see come and go based on my experience
