What are these on my duncan and trumpet?

This wasn't on my duncan last night. Is it a brand spankin' new head or is it a buzzkill barnacle?

The trumpet coral has had this since I got him 2 weeks ago, kind of like a little dead/decayed spot in my opinion.

Any feedback is appreciated!

first pic kind of looks like a flatworm. remove the coral and dip it in coralRX, ive found that's pretty good at getting the flatworms off. Even if its not a flatworm theres no harm in dipping to make sure.

Flatworms have taken out two of my LPS, finally managed to get rid of them all through dipping every couple of days. PITA.
