What are these white mark on Nasso??

Hey Guys,
My Naso is showing these random white blotches? Eating still and not hiding so far??

Thoughts?

Yeah, I have a Naso in QT with the same white blotches and I have been told by many others that it is stress (my first Naso). Is your fish new, in QT, in the display.
