What are These?

What are these things? they grow great, i have them growing everywhere, even on the glass in some parts.
My local store offered to take them but i don't know what their worth ether.

I believed their called Camo-Palys or Camouflage Palys

I call those camo palys very very invasive growers.

is their any way to remove them without hurting what else is on the rock.
