Im saving up for another aquaqrium and I was just woundering what are these pieces of equipment: UV Sterilizer, CO2 Systems, RO & Deionization.

uv sterilizer is connect inline with a pump to kill parasites, algal blooms, etc. ro and di is a filter system you would connect to your cold water line in your house and it filters and purifies your tap water to create near pure water for your tank. most city water supplies have many if not a lot of impurities and other unwanted chemicals in the water that you would not want in your tank. i switched over to ro not long ago from tap water and noticed my tank looks much nicer and healthier now.
