What are you feeding your SPS?

Just curious as to what if anything you are feeding your sps tank, name brands and frequency please and thanks.

I have had an SPS dominated tank for nearly 3 years and I am reading more and more about the benefits of feeding these animals phytoplankton. until recently I was under the impression that SPS coral would thrive on light and flow alone but this seems not to be the case.

Thanks all this is a pic from last night of my reef for reference and my tank specifics are in my tag line below.

I feed my acros about once a week using one of the following: coral frenzy, coral vibrance, or roti feast. I rotate so they get something different every now and then

I feed every other day oyster feast and some frozen I tried cutting feedings down to once a week but my corals look happier when they r feed more

I feed religiously daily using Reef Pearls, Cyclopeeze, Tropic-Marin Zooton, and a home made amino acid mix. I'm under ZEOvit so I feed them quite heavily, but the Acro love it. Kill the return pump for an hour, set my VorTech to feed mode initially then let it blast around on reef crest. Everything gets eaten :) I also pump my ZEO reactor twice a day so they get food there as well. I've got positive PE from everything during the day (even under 10x39W Powermodule on a 1' tall tank).

SPS do not eat phytoplankton. SPS do like very tiny zooplankton.

I feed Reef Chili, Coral Frenzy, Dr. G's Cyclopeeze along with Roggers Reef Food. Fish are fed at same time as corals. PE all day long.

I alternate here and there to keep all happy. Always a surprise, never the same.

Fish poop, whatever the sps can eat from my home made mixed food (has Cyclopeez), Liquid Life Zooplankton feed 1-2 times a week and Seachem AAs mixed in with the food.

I feed various sps food and rotate them around..... OysterFeast, reefbooster, zooton, coral frenzy are all sps foods I have used. My question is for the people who say their sps loves the food and as somebody above mentioned the food is all "eaten" within an hour. How do you know? I still have yet to see an sps physically eat something. I see tons of PE which is a feeding response, but I don't think that necessarily means they are eating. Are my eyes not catching something? Again, I do feed my sps multiple times per week and I have happy colorful sps. I feed because I know in nature the corals receive way more food than we could ever offer. But I can't say for sure if it is making a big difference or not.
