What bacteria or illness on baby H.Erectus?

I have one of my 9 week old h. erectus has what looks like fin root with a white edge that is bothering him a lot enough to stop eating so it may be further along than I thing?

Any help with what I can use to treat would be very much appreciated!

Just gave him a fresh water bath and a white film started pealing off of him mostly around his head.

He passed. I started seeing other fry with white on the so I started treating with Kordon's Rid Ich plus, basically formalin(SP?). So far so good, meaning nobody else has gone to the big ocean above.
