What bulb in light over refugium for Chaeto?

I am going to put a light over my sump to help grow Chaeto. I am going to buy a simple unit from Home Depot. What kind of bulb do I put in it? Do you just put a normal light bulb? Or do you have to put a special grow bulb in there?

they have a flourecent bulb that is 5500k, the package is blue and white, and i think its like $6.97and i think it says daylight on it, its a screw in type and you can get a reflecter to screw it into real cheap too, works great for me
