What can go with them?

Hi guys i currently have a 20L set-up with 20lbs of LR,and 15lbs of fiji sand. I wanna try to keep a pair of clowns an maybe 1 or 2 bulb anemones if the pair breed is there any invert or fish that can live with the pairof clowns,the anemone, and hopefully clownfish eggs?or is everthing a threat. I was thinkin maybe some algae grazers like small snails,sand sifting starfish and maybe a goby or watchman.

You can house some snails, crabs, and cleaner shrimp. There are a variety of small fish u can have in there.

20L is pretty small. I would not have more fish than the pair of clowns you've already got. When the clowns grow larger, you will have to consider upgrading the size of your tank, imo.
