What can this possibly be?

Found this in my tank the other day, I think it is a glass anemone possibly or something else?
it moves around and i have seen 2 in my tank, and I believe they came with my live rock.
any suggestions on what it is and what to do?

Ball or strawberry anemone.

Some like them. Some don't. I have a bunch in my tank, they haven't been a problem.

I had one, my peppermint shrimp took it out though, I think.
