what did you guys did or buy for your tank today

I decided to convert my 150gl african cichlid tank into a FOWLR saltwater. I sold my cichlids today made about $100, sold them to one of my good buddies...purchase my RODI unit with it..broke the tank down, took out the lace rocks,drain out the water, that's all for tonight.

I picked up a TDS meter for my RODI last week. It is nice to know that it really works

Did a water change on the display and set up the QT for some new additions (not yet acquired). Then I stopped by two LFS; bought a Galaxea and my first SPS frags - Idaho Grape Monti Cap and Pink Birdsnest.

It's a torch coral. Creates lots of movement in the tank. Love it.

Bought some coral for our new frag tank and also a Jebao dosing pump for it.

Clean my 150gl out yesterday evening, pull out the lace rocks , clean it real good, let them dry out, set them back in the aquarium. Scape off the algae off the glass of the tank..got one of my plastic barrel out the yard, clean that real good, get it ready for my RODI unit..but thats about it...converting from a african cichlid tank to a FOWLR saltwater. 150 gallon

rescaped the 150g tank and did 30g water change. caught the foxface in the process who's been with me for over two years and sold it to a friend.

Looking at the 150...top off the 55gl, readjust the rocks in the 150, clean under the cabinet, set up the filters, place one powerhead in position., thats about all...not setting up tell I save some money for my rodi unit and protein skimmer...
