what dips do you guys perform to prevent pest ?

ive never used peroxide but i have heard and used iodine. very small amounts. there is one brand i buy from my local lps

I use revive. If I see algae on the base of the skeleton or frag plug, I may hit it with a bit of hydrogen peroxide.

We know of two reefers by us who used Peroxide with no issues though we never tried it. We use Coral RX, Revive, RPS All Out and Bayer Advanced and the QT, QT, QT.

I use hydrogen peroxide on all my LPS. I use a 10:1 ratio of tank water to hydrogen peroxide (the really diluted stuff from the pharmacy) for 20 seconds. You can go longer, but the coral will develop bubbles under its tissue and get pretty upset. It'll take longer to recover.

I also use Bayer Insecticide (do a Google search, and there are plenty of threads about it) and a dip in CoralRx. Each of those dips targets a different problem...so it depends on why you're dipping.
