I am in my 9th day of Tank Transsfer Method with this fish
I have dosed him a fist dose of prazi in the 2nd transffer and he has been exposed to 1 formalin dip.

the disease started in the fins and it has been spreading more.
At the begining I thought it was ich but he has had this for 4 days now and if it was ich it would have fallen by this day

Thank you for your help

I would like to add that the angel is acting and eating normal, and that I have another fish in same qt tank and the other fish looks fine, with no signs.

I'm think fin rot or possibly lymphocyst. Does the white look like cauliflower? Or is it flat not raised like a patch?

Thanks for your answers,
It is not flat,
yes, the white looks raised, maybe like cauliflower but has it in both fins and in top of head

is there anything to do?

Lymph. Always caused by stress. Proper diet and reducing the stressor will help. It can take weeks to months to fully go away. Angels are prone to it when they are stressed. I had a Emperor angel years ago that got it and it took almost 2 months to fully go away

Thank you Dmorty,
so there is nothing to do?
nothing to medicate?
I should keep fish in qt tank until they go correct?

Lymphocyst is a viral disease as mentioned above there's no cure it's usually brought on by stress factors I would soak food in vitamins and observe it usually is not dangerous unless the lymphocysts grow over the mouth or gills and it is contagious I would probably keep him in the qt until it goes away. The fish will always have it so any future stress can flare it up.
