What do copepods look like - ID Request

I can't really find too many photos zoomed out - and I'm having a little freak out session because there are white bugs crawling in my tank. Are these copepods? They seem to 'walk' around, I say 'walk' because I can't see any legs. For scale, the digitata is about 1.5 inches tall.

ucdcrew, it's really hard to say what you have there based on the photo, but those aren't copepods. Pods swim and look like super small shrimp. For a while when I first started I thought my mated pair of banded coral shrimp had hatched out babies! Silly me.

I'm starting to think they're not pods. :-/

FWIW - they look like monti eating nudibranchs. Someone suggested that on the SPS forum.

Just for the record, I am not an idiot, and I do know how to do a google image search. Most of the images that were on there are magnified to the point that I could not make out the features on the small creatures I was looking at in the tank. I believe my original post states this. Maybe its my bad for assuming that everyone, anywhere in the world knows how to do a google image search, and that I would have already tried that before posting. Anyhow, now I've gotta figure out how to get the monti eating nudis out of my tank. Don't worry, I'll google that too.

To get those out is fairly easy, remove any monti and dip in bayer for 20 minutes, rinse for 20 and return to tank for four weeks in a row

Nobody said you're an idiot, and I don't assume that everybody knows about Google.

OH and zelie I know about that one too. :D I use that one when I'm trying to be a smart *** :D

HA! But I'm female, its my job to infer things that aren't really there.
