What do I need to buy?

I am currently setting up a 120g tank and I am looking to buy a Apex Controller. I would like to be able to access my devices remotely/wirelessly using my iPhone.

List of equipment and needs:
Test pH
Test Salinity
2 MP40wES
Return pump
3 reactor pumps
TeK T5 8 bulb fixture (2 cords)
Skimmer

If you don't need the tunze control or ORP, I would look into the Apex lite. You would then have to add a PM2, conductivity probe from their website, and one WXM module if you would like to control the vortechs through the Apex.

Looks like youll be using 7 outlets-- thats if you connect the vortechs to the wall and not onto the EB8 on the apex. You could add another EB8 if you want the vortechs power to be controlled by the apex and if you want to add ATO and other things later on

So so far you'll need:

Apex Lite
-a pH probe (generic or lab grade)
-WXM module for vortechs
-PM2
-Conductivity probe
-Conductivity fluid
-Extra EB8 (optional)

Thanks, what is the difference between the Apex Lite and Apex? Also, I want it to track my temps. I am assuming that this is already included, but want to be sure.

Apex has 4 "variable speed" ports which are used for controlling Tunze Stream pumps and lighting system which have 0-10VDC dimming control. The Apex Lite does not, but these can be added later with addition of a VDM module.

The Apex has three probe ports: temp, pH, and selectable pH or ORP. The Apex Lite only has temp and pH built in. Additional temp, pH, ORP, conductivity/salinity, and DO can be added through expansion modules.
