What do I need?

Im having hair alage issues,
Current set up is a 150 with a 55 gallon sump, packed full of cheato. Lights are brand new 6-54w t5 on ten hours, So i though about getting a GFO, or a Phosban, Can you guys tell me the main difference? Thanks in advance

GFO is the ferric oxide pellets you place in the phosban which is a two little fishes reactor for removing phosphates in tank,I would go with pellets and reactor instead of the pads they sell,more effective,I bought one from BRS,bulk reef supply because the price is cheaper. Maybe lower than the light duration for now to cut down on algae.
