For it seems, nationwide, that most hobbyists neglect their tanks and take a break from the hobby over the summer.
Most clubs break. Jobs break. People break.
So what do you do?
For me:
I am actually pursuing a 2nd Master's Degree and taking summer classes up in PA. I'm have a blast. However, my wife and my apex are monitoring my tank. I expect that this situation is not going to have the best impact on my tank.
I took my most sensitive corals to a friend for the summer so I'm not TOOOOO worried, but I'm not expecting 100% health.
It'll be fun come mid to late August when we meet back up as a club and get to figure out how to get our tank back into shape!
