Hi. I'm using the Reef Nutrition copepod for fish and Roti Feast for corals. Is that good enough?

Should i get DT phytoplankton to weekly feed for copepods culture in my sump or i should go marine snow.

Some people recommended me coral frenzy and cyclop eeze. Which one is good?

What food that you guys to feed your fish and corals? Is there any food that can bee use to feed either corals and fish?

Thank you for helping.

What kinds of fish and corals? Generally I feed my fish a broad range of stuff and figure corals get what they need from that.

I'm not worry much about food for fish but food for corals is confuse. Some say use DT's phyto only some say use coral frenzy or cyclop eeze

fish get frozen mysis, brine, and nori daily.... some corals get spot fed oyster feast, reef frenzy, cyclopeez, and dose amin acid few times a week.... but really depends what coral s you have i only spot feed my LPS corals as it gives them great growth also stay away from dosing your tank with coral foods it'll mess your water quality up fast and not worth it IMO rather spot feed the corals you want instead tinny bits occasionally... a great coral food is oyster feast they go crazy over it you'll get a feeding response instantly from all corals

I have mix reef. right now i have 8 frags. 4 SPS, 2 LPS, 1 leather, 1 zoas colony. What brand that you use for amino acid?

I try to give my tank variety. Pellets, flakes, mysis, squid, brine, arcti pods, ova, nori, zoplan, phyto and amino acids.

I traded 2 clownfish in to my LFS recently. Everyone was asking how I got their color to be so vibrant. I attribute it to variety!

The one non live proven food that keeps fish healthy is fishmeal. New Life Spectrum pellets are an excellent daily fish food. I also feed a wide variety of frozen foods and nori but they always get NLS Flake or Pellets daily.

Don't feed your corals. You are just going to pollute the tank at this point. You can maybe squirt a little mysis on the lps but I would leave it at that.

I feed Rod's new frozen one with more veggies. Ingredients:

Shrimp, Scallop, Oyster, Clam, Squid, Octopus, Perch, Green Nori (porphyra sp), Red unroasted nori (porphyra sp), Green unroasted nori (porphyra sp) Sea weed ((Laver), Mysis, Krill, Brine shrimp, Frozen red cyclops, Fish eggs, Oyster eggs, Golden pearls (all sizes), Broccoli, carrot, Garlic, Baby Spinach, Selco, Naturose (Haematococus pluvialis), Beta-meal (Dunalliella Salina), Spirulina, Freshly harvested rotifers, freshly hatched baby brine shrimp.

And my eels gets ~5 silversides (or equivalent amount using other seafoods) a week

I use red sea reef energy and sparingly.....I wouldn't go crazy thinking about foods fish will almost eat anything out there and people have success with them all just don't overfeed... Same goes for corals if your dead set on feeding lps will benefit from spot feeding 2× a week and they will grow faster 100% don't over do or you'll cause more problems then its worth...no right way or wrong way or food just what's your way
