what do you feed your fishes with? pellets ?

Mostly frozen mysis. When i don't have time new era pellets. Also brine shrimp, cyclops and red plankton. But mysis is the most healthy choice i got for my fish.

I feed 4 times a week, roes, pellets, and frozen brine. Seaweed too! Feeding will increase your po4 and no3 even if it is dry pellets. Try not to over feed and water change always helps.

I use Hikari small sinking. Fish love it and I like that a little reaches my sand bed to feed the critters.

New Life Spectrum Pellets as the staple at 60-75%, or so. Washed out PE Mysis (not the off brand) for 20-25%. I have some other stuff that I might do once a week.

The idea is to feed the fish and avoid the leftover waste that they cannot eat. The fish poo can feed the coral, so they don't need mysis juice and other stuff that can raise your N and P beyond a trace, since a trace is just fine.

The NLS pellets are an excellent food that keep HLLE away from fish and can offer near-ocean-like colors to angelfish that change to adults in captivity. ...so not only are they cleaner, they are awesome.

NLS Pellets
PE Mysis
Reef Caviar (cleaner wrasse's favorite)
Reef Nutrition ROE (for newly added dispar anthias, is all that they'll eat)
Sustainable Aquatics pellets (for cleaner wrasse)
ReefFrenzy
Rod's Food

I use the ehiem auto feeder with a health mixture of newlife, new era pellets and reefroids for 2 times a day. All the fishes are health and fat. I feed a lot.

Pellets, 2x a day via autofeeder + 1 cube of frozen mysis or cyclops. I try to alternate every other day of the frozen so the fish stay interested.

If you haven't tried feeding your tank with frozen cyclops, try it. My fish love it.
