What do you guys use to reduce vibration transferred by in sump pumps these days?

I build Hot Tubs for a living and we use rubber mount pads on the bottoms of our 5 HP pumps. When I looked them up on Marine Depot's website a while back, they are the same exact thing. I can get a few if you want. They are super cheap to begin with, since I buy 500 every couple of weeks, so let me know if you want me to grab one for you.

Those pads sound like the same ones we put under a/c condensor units to cut down on vibration, they come in a sheet and you cut as many squares as needed per job. Good idea, never thought about them, thanks
