sorry about the bad pic, this came on a piece of liverock i got and its kind of creepy...the "cracks" on it open and close and there looks to be teeth inside them...its pretty creepy...is it bad?

ok cool...today all of the little cracks were wide open...in the pic it actually looks like a cracked piece of rock..thanks for the replies tho

I've got something a bit like that (except yellowish) that is a sponge. However, if you can see it moving as you watch then I would say shellfish. Touch it and if it closes abruptly it is some sort of shellfish, otherwise I would say sponge.
