Hows the longnose hawk fish. I think thats the next fish im gonna get.

Amazing. Very active, mid-water swimmer. Loves to perch on anything and anything (from my coral to the algae clip I put in for the tangs). Will feed out of my hand. I think he's coming close to full grown now, pushing 3-4 inches.

Only eats frozen mysis though. No pellets.

what fish do you have stocked

_30 GALLON REEF TANK_

2 osc. clowns
2 yellow tail damsels
1 firefish
~7-8 hermits

My 30 Gallon

2 Ocellaris clownfish
1 Blue Chromis
1 Cleaner shrimp
2 peppermint shrimp

misc snails

I want to add another fish since we literally lost our YWG any thoughts?

In my 125:
Tomato clown
Black & white striped damsel
Purple fire fish
Coral beauty
Flame angel
Yellow watchman goby & tiger pistol shrimp
2 bangaii cardinals
McCoskers flasher wrasse
Fire shrimp
2 skunk cleaner shrimp

Too soon for a mandarin, and I covet a purple tang

In my 12 nano at work:
Yellow watchman (his pistol died)
False perc clown
2 sexy shrimp

Suicidesleep
How do the 2 pairs of clown do together. I though one pair would eventually become dominant

I find they stay on opposite sides of the tank in there nems till a full moon then my snowflake female kicks the make out and he goes to the othere nemand kicks my black pair out then they go host a frogspawn but we will see when they get older

Biocube 29:
2 OC Clowns
1 Mimic Filefish
1 Long-Horned Blenny
1 Fighting Conch
Maybe 2 snails left ..they have been getting eaten way faster now that tI cut down on feeding
Cleaner Shrimp
Emerald Crab
4 Hermits

Looking to rehome the longhorned blenny & the mimic filefish. Both would do best in a large established reef tank or a fish-only. They once in a while chew on coral. Xenias & zoas so far are all ive seen suffer but recently caught the filefish trying a taste of our toadstool but dont think he ate any.

Also - i thought hawkfish werent reef safe?

75 Gallon with 30 gallon sump/fuge:

1 Hippo Tang
1 Juvenile Unicorn Tang ( Which I will be transferring back to LFS this weekend as he is getting too big for the tank)
3 Osc Clowns each have their own RBTA
1 Bicolor Blenny
2 Pajama Cardinalfish
1 Bengaii Cardinalfish
1 Lubbock's wrasse
1 Kenyan Exquisite Wrasse
1 pencil urchin
1 bluish black urchin with white spines ( not sure of exact name or species as of yet... It's on my to do list)
3 emerald crabs
1 red brittle starfish
Multiple Hermits and snails

I know it seems like a lot of fish but most of the fish are quite small, I also heavily skim to help with the bio load

72 bowfront

Scopas Tang (Zebrasoma)
Bristletooth Tomini Tang (Ctenochaetus)
Melanarus Wrasse
Longnose Hawkfish

Feeling pretty empty these days....thinking of getting 3 Anthias...

After this thread and this post I decided to pull the trigger on the Anthias....went to Puppy Center and nabbed three Lyretail for 100...also couldn't help but pick up the Yellow Hogfish. Gorgeous fish.

Right off the bat my tangs got a bit aggressive and pushed the anthias into the rockwork. I just killed the lights and let them settle in. Tomorrow we'll see how they fare.

Ron, the flame and the coral beauty are doing very well together, but I've only had them for about a month. They are both about the same size and are on the small side right now. They even hang out together a bit. I think they are too worried about the huge clown bully and figure they should team up lol.

75 gallon with 30ish fuge

Pair of spawning Snowcasso clowns
Lineatus wrasse
Fathead Sunburst Anthias
Pearly head jawfish
Flame Hawkfish

I was wanting to add another fish but was worried it might overstock. Ummm....no offense.....but after seeing how many/type of fish in other tanks I think I'm safe.:) Plus I have a kick a** skimmer.
