For the mass, yes but after 3 decades, I tend to break some of the rules.
As for the fish itself, I bought them about a week apart from 2 different places and they have just about doubled in size in about 16 months.

Wish I could put one on my tank warren my powder blue kills every tang I try to add and it's the last fish I want
