What happened to my anemone?

I'm not sure if it died or what. It was huge and I came home and I saw this. Tested my water and it's perfect.

It used to look like this

Salinity .019

Salinity is way low. Go for .025-026

Not yet, just stressed. Good luck. Slowly raise the salinity, not too fast.

it's not dead but not happy at all.

raise the sg up to 1.025-1.026 over the course of a few days deff. not at once.

Definitely raise the salinity; slowly top off over the next few days with salt water until your salinity reaches the desired range posted above. 1.024-1.026.

Raise the salinity by use salt water as top off water until the correct level reach. Never mix salt in the tank or add concentrated salt solution to the tank.

So my anemone is back to normal after topping off with salt water
