What happened to my cleaner shrimp???

Came home from work to find my cleaner shrimp on the sand dead.. Looks like he had molted and the something ruptured out of his body? He was healthy and had just ate just before I left for work so I have no idea what happened. Here are some pics.

This initially what I saw when I got home. You can see the rupture in the reflection of the glass

That's strange. could it have been attacked while molting? They're extremely vulnerable while molting.

How are your parameters? Iodine in particular can mess with molting cycles.

All that's in there is a clown goby and a mandarin. Also some snails, don't think it was them lol. I'll be checking my parameters today
