What happens with these clowns?

I have a runt O' clown and I just got a baby (whats been told to me) white stripped maroon clown, smaller than the O' for sure. I will for the time being put the small maroon in the tank with the O' but I am betting the O' may go female, even tho they may not pair, maybe. So, now, when the maroon gets bigger than the O', whats going to happen?

Also I dont think its a maroon, not sure what it is. Its tail is black with a dark orange border going around it, looks cool as hell. Same thing with its other fins, but I see NO maroon in it!? Okay, maybe the eyes, but, still, again, burnt orange for sure.

Well, here he is in all his splended glory. His fins look about the same but his body is a little darker than useual due to the QT soup I have him in (useually does that to the fish when i have them in there). He has the colored eyes that match his body like maroons do but there is absolutly NO red or maroon in him. He looks like an electric pumpkin, lol.

oh he looks cool! I don't think I've seen a maroon like that. maybe it's a hybrid?

We get small maroon clowns in that look like that from time to time. Very cool IMO. There is a very, very small chance they will pair up, its unlikely though. Since they are both rather small you shouldnt have any issues for the time being. Once the maroon matures I would watch out. Ive seen them beat up Ocellaris clowns before, it gets pretty ugly.

Yea, i saw him in the store and my brain clicked like...what the???? You should see him in person, he is like electric orange, pic "almost" does justice. If he is a black and O mix, that would be cool. Tho, his eyes kind of give him away as a maroon, but, hard to see if a black clown has the type of eyes a maroon has because they are, well, black, lol.

Well, there is many and plenty of places for the O to hide if the newer one starts to get out of hand. If I find my O hiding, I will know what happened and can pull him to a safe place if need be......I hope.

Either way, when I saw him I was like, man, I DONT need to clowns but he was too cool to pass up :dance:
