What have you done with your tank lately?

I replaced all of my filters in the RODI with Chloramine capable cartridges and added a 2nd DI stage.

I tested my No3 today and its down to 20 from 35 so I think my ATS is starting to kick in. Ive added two more CFLs for a total of four. Gonna give it a few weeks before I clean it to see what kind of growth I get with the extra light and go from there.

My water stuff is right below my office so I drilled a hole in the floor, ran a tube up behind the stand and now I just have to turn a valve to top off the tank.

Got the stand sanded and repainted on my “new” 125, as well as the tank buffed/polished to remove scratches. Picked up the materials to redo the lid and trim on the canopy. Headed to Florida this week and plan on completing the transfer from the 75 to 125 next Sunday. Hopefully I don’t screw anything up too bad with the plumbing/transfer *Fingers crossed*

Replace carbon, Phosban, and cleaned skimmer cup. Also tried out new Calcium test kit verses old one and got different readings.

Cleaned the Geo protein skimmer on the 120g.

Cleaned the glass on the big tanks and removed a rock with four gorgeous rock flower anemones to my frag tank.

Have fun man, I went there last year in january. We stayed at the Lani Kai,not the nicest place but prolly the biggest party resort on the strip.

Go to Heavenly Biscuit while your down there. Its an awesome breakfast place. It only seats about 10 people and is ran by the nicest lady. I HIGHly recommend the cinnamon rolls,and the biscuits.

My 125 is wet and running my leak test. Small leak leak at gate value I'll have to fix. Other than that, got the herbie dialed and working nicely! Very quiet!
