What Is A Good Cameral For 250$ Or Less?

Hello I've been looking at digital cameras for a while and want one to take high quality pictures for me and my reef. Here are the specs I'm looking for
more than 5mp
macro range of less than 4in
image/pic stabilization
idon't want a pro camera but I don't want a cheap 1mp camera and my price range is 250$ or less. So far I've found the:
fujifilm finepix S1000fd
canon powershot A720 IS
Kodak easyshare F100 fd
if anyone has any of these camera or one that meets my needs please share them.

I, personally love the Fuji and Panasonic smaller digitals. I have owned two of the Fuji "prosumer" style almost slr type (fixed lens), but the versatility and zoom range are great. The camera I carry all the time in my purse is a Panasonic Lumix...also a great little camera with shake reduction and whatnot. Both companies make the small point and shoot style and then the larger models that offer 10x + optical zoom.

If you take a look at used cams you can probably pick up a used Canon Powershot S3 IS. I was happy with mine, and the macro modes are pretty decent...
