What is a good food to feed LPS?

Looking for something to feed my 90 gallon LPS tank?

Depends on what you're feeding specifically. I feed anything with a large mouth (Candy Cane, Trachy, Hammer, Frogspawn) whatever meaty food I have: chopped krill, chopped mussels, chopped silverside, oyster, and they probably get some of the smaller stuff like mysis on their own. I feed my favites and acan mysis or a fixture like emerald entree. I haven't had LPS for very long, but IME they aren't too picky about what they'll eat.

most lps are not picky at all.. ive seen my blastos and plate coral eat flakes. a good food would probably be a variety of a few things, such as aforementioned foods cjones said. also, tropic marin lps pellets have made some things in my tank explode in growth; things like plates, blastos, acans, some euphyllia, and the biggest gainer, chalices. 2 of my chalices went from half of a pinky nail to the size of a quarter in a couple months, with most of the growth coming after i started feeding the pellets along with other things (the latter month). they are not cheap at around $25 a bottle but hell im pretty sold on it. a better investment than rods food IMO.

Mysis & cyclops. Mysis are the easiest, if you chop them up they're small enough for all LPS but you can probably still feed w/o cutting them. otherwise chopped shrimp/ mussel/ clam or whatever fresh seafood you can get at your grocery store.

Frozen Cyclopeeze is the easiest...mysis is much cleaner

I have never done fish roe from asian store, but i have feed H20 Reef Caviar... which is some sort of egg. Everything in the tank goes absolutely crazy for it. Corals and Fish. I think it is quickly replacing mysis as my "staple" food for the tank.

oyster eggs ,mysis ,and cyclopeeze all seem to work well for my corals . i have never fed them anything bigger and see some suggesting to do so .how large of pieces do frogspawns and hammers eat as i am here to learn too.

oyster feast and mysis. my corals turn inside out when the oyster feast goes in. ive never seen anything like it

I feed my tank with flying fish eggs (used in sushi), fishes go crazy and my LPS seem to like them too!

I usually feed my LPS (long tentacle plate, duncans, brain, and acans) mysis or cut slices of silversides. So far I haven't gotten my frogspawn to accept any foods.

You should try those orange fish eggs that sushi makers use, they're small and you're frogspawn may take them as mine do.
