What is AF power food

I bought it to feed my acros during night.

Aquaforest usually declares the content in their product which I appreciate. I didn't see any för the power food though. Anyone know the content?Is it plankton or grinded general sea food or..?

I'm curious about this too. I've been using Reef Chili instead for now. Does the AF Power Food say the size of the food in microns? Does it have a little slip of paper in the box? What does it say?

It depends of corals need.
But few times a week it will be good.
