What is the BEST Metal Halide Color for Corals?

I love the combination of the two. The best growth I ever had was on my old 60 and I ran Ushio 10k with radium 20k.

If I do decide to put in the 14K bulbs, will there be too much blue like a 20K or greater?

Not in my opinion.

Has any one been in my position before and actually make the switch from 10k to 14k with a lot of actinic wattage as well?

I am running (2) 250W DE 14K Phoenix with (4) 65W dual compact 50/50 and Ii is pleasing to my eyes and I have great growth. I am thinking that 20k MH and dual antics might be an greater improvement when it comes time to change out the bulbs.

I run 4 X 250W DE Phoenix 14K's over my SPS dominated 220g. These replaced the 10K's that came with my two Outer Orbit fixtures. Amazing difference. Color is balanced and I get at least as good growth rates.

I'm using Radium 20k and the growth rate is fairly decent I'd say... If 10k grow stuff faster I might have to frag my SPS once every other week
