when i do mine i like to bring the beer to 34 degrees then slowly add to a frosty mug- i prefer Bass ale but have been contemplating switching to New Castle-i think i'll have to research that during my next water change.

I usually start by having my container of ro pump to another container. Once it's filled, I dump the salt in. I tried circulating with a spare mag36 I have but water went everywhere in the 20 gallon container lol. I use a mag 7 now. Wait about an hour, check salinity. If it's on, pump out 20 gallons, pump 20 in. I'll toss a heater in there to if the water is cold.

In order not to have to turn off all of my pumps, drain water from the tank and expose my corals, I have added an aditional 20 gal sump that is fed by a maxijet. All I have to to is turn of the MJ going in and turn on the MJ going to the drain. I pump the premixed water from the garage (a few feet away) and I am done in under 10 minutes.
