What is the difference between the 430 and 660 ballast

I am planning on adding vho's to my new set up and I am a little unclear on what ballast to choose. I am looking to run 2 72" actinic vhos. What is the difference between the two.

The 430 powers up to 330w totaling no more than 12' and the 660 powers up to 440w totaling no more than 16'
