What is the Official Frag Swap date and location

There is a couple of threads with conversation of the Frag Swap. Does anyone know the actual date and location along with times of the event. Like many of us here, my travel time is nearly 2 1/2 hours. I want to mark my calender, for I don't want to miss this. Maybe the organizers can start an official frag swap thread. One thought, maybe starting at noon would be better for those of us with lengthy travel time.

Tentatively Feb. 28th either 12-4 or 2-6. Location is 151 pattonwood dr, roch ny 14617. Super easy to find, those who have been to my place it's the plaza at the end of my street.

I'm waiting on a phone call from Kase next week to finalize things. I'll be contacting people who volunteered to help as well to talk about tables, extension chords, etc.
