What is this? Anemone?

I saw this at the lfs today. Is it an anemone? I've not seen anything this color before:

It doesn't look happy whatever it is.

No, it is related to mushrooms. Its called Pseudocorynactis. Supposedly they have a pretty good sting and are not safe with fish.
