I found something in my tank, and at first I thought it was just a zoa polyp, until I looked closer at it.
This is not a great picture, but I hope it will work.
If I need to get this thing out of my tank, someone please let me know. Or if I should enjoy, someone please let me know that. LOL.
Thanks in advance.

If you look at the first picture, check the location of it, and then look at the second and third pics, and you can see it has moved.
It is not a zoo polyp. I pulled the shell it is on out, and it is not any kind of zoo I have seen.

some people don't like it. it's on the same line with aiptasia. some people don't mind them and some come in really cool colors. Craig was telling me about people that have tanks just for them.

Yeah, I have been told that they reproduce, move and sting more desirable corals. I had one in a tank and the thing would show up all over the place. I decided to zap it, but dont know if I was killing something good.

Thanks for the info, but this is now a gone thing.
I read the last two posts, looked at it in my tank, only to see it moving off of the shell.
BYE BYE to it.
I would rather not take the chance of it stinging my other stuff.

good call. if it shows up again. Joes Juice has worked for me in the past, but there are tons of ways to kill them.

Where there's one, there're many times many. Those are not the standard mojano...They reproduce like it, though. I have thesearound, but they don't hurt my corals, so I'm good with them.
