Looks like a spotted cat shark to me but I am no expert.

The specific species is Cephaloscyllium ventriosum, which is found off the western coast of the U.S. down through Mexico. They are neat sharks that stay relatively small about 36" too bad they need a chiller to keep the temperature down.
