What is this slime??

I've dealt with cyano in the past and this stuff is different and WORSE! It's everywhere now and I cant seem to get rid of it. Does anyone know what it might be and how to get rid of it? My parameters are all fine and I'm not over feeding or doing anything different. It's like a cloudy whitish brown slime please ignore all the aiptasia and bubble algae which I'm also struggling with

looks like a thicker version of what that guy has.
I see that fuzzy brown algae on curing rock and during cycling. It was suggested that it could be phosphate leaking form your rock causing the issue.

I say Chrysophytes. You might have high silicates.
