What is this thing?!

So a little back story. About a week ago I saw my feather duster floating around the tank. I figured my wrasse just popped him out of his tube and I scooped him up and threw him into my fuge. Last week I noticed something popping out of the tube he lived in, almost looked like a mouth.

Fast forward to today.. I see this with my flashlight and had to hit the lights for a pic.



What the holy hell is this thing?!

Is this the actual worm?

Yes, that is the worm minus its "duster" crown. If healthy to start and now left unmolested, the worm can regrow the crown.
