It is taking over this zoo frag. I've dipped and picked it off because it won't shake off. Done that several times and it cOmes back.
What is this?

Dipped it in what? if it was a sponge but i don't it is air would have killed it.. my first thought is bacterial

it won't siphon off, it has to be picked off with tweezers. It was dipped in RO/DI as well as Lugols, and revive. All different times of course.
