What is this?

I was looking in my tank today and I noticed my clownfish has this strange black spot at the base of her left fin.

I also noticed she had some teeny black spots along her body, but they went away. She swims and eats like a boss; I haven't seen anything strange in behavior. It's just that spot. It doesn't look like something is growing on her, rather more like she got burned.

I have seen her hovering over some of my soft corals (Radioactive Dragon Eye polyps) often and this only showed up ever since I put the corals in the tank. Wondering if she got stung or if this is an illness I should be treating.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

It is common for clowns to get darker over time when they get stung by a host. It could be the case with your clown and the corals.
