Toxiq reef

These are not very big, skinny and stretch about 2" at times, hide in the light

Not a great picture but at first glance it looks like it could be a brittle star's leg or maybe a small Eunicid worm??

More photos, sorry for the poor quality. I can count roughly 10 of these things in the rockwork. What might eat them as removing them from the rock is quite difficult

Yea, I agree with Toxiq Reef. From those new pictures, it definately looks like a medusa worm. They are said to be reef safe as they scavenge for waste but as I understand it, they are in the sea cucumber family and are known to have toxins in them which they can release if they are stressed or die. Those toxins can take out your tank or kill fish from what I have read in the past.

I'll defer to other peoples experience with those creatures as I have no first hand experience with them.

Well I'll keep floating hoping to find someone with experience. I managed to remove 6 of them from my tank last night, need to figure out better management on them(something that eats them perhaps.)
