The best I can do is guess that it's a crab in a hole!:debi:
It could be a variety of different crabs my my first guesses would be a Porcelain Crab or a Stone Crab, but that's as much because that's what I have in my tanks as anything.
Have you tried dangling food just outside the hole? My reef lobster comes out of his cave every time I feed.

From the limited view, I'm thinking stone crab. They get very destructive as they get bigger.
