What is this > i was told a toadstool and i have had it for a year now.. it's huge so i cut it in half now it's back in size from when i bought it. If it's a toadstool why isn't it looking like one?

well nothing to wrong unless your sg isn't a typo. I would also lower the temp a little if you could.

how is the flow? any powerheads pointed at it?

weird how you had it so long and it is growing but not opening up.

looks like the one I bought 3 months ago, I think its pretty much doubled in size in that time. When you chop it up make sure to rubber band the 'frags' to some chunks of rock. Then you will have lots to exchange :)

temp 81.6
sal-1.0025
nitrate
nitrite
ammonnia --all at 0ppm
calcium-400

What is your alkalinity and pH (and magnesium if you have a test kit for this)?

You really shouldn't dose anything you are not testing for. By buffer I assume you mean something for alkalinity. You really should test for this if you are keeping corals. There needs to be a balance of calcium and alkalinity.
