What is this?

I moved a rock to make more room for corals and this was under the rock about 3/4 of an inch long looks like a large gelatin capsule with a worm coming out of one end. Any idea's????

I've isolated him in the sump in a tupaware container until I hear from some of you. Thanks....

+1 on the peanut worm. I gots lots of them; mainly come out at night. I think they eat detritus if I'm not mistaken. Harmless.
