What is wrong with my rabbit fish?

Hi,

I have noticed that my rabbit fish had some black spots on him. I read here that Prazipro was the solution. I have be en dosing my tank for about a month with it pretty religiously. However, it seems to be getting worse. Today, I noticed some white spots. Attached is a picture. Should I transfer this fish to my 10G QT tank? Is it ich?

I have been dosing prozipro (the solution to black ich) for a while now. No luck.

I was able to capture him in a net fairly easily and he just seems weak.

I guess I co uld do a very large water change (50%) and dose it?
