What is wrong with this clown?

Noticed my clown jerking around last night and was keeping his mouth open while heavy breathing. This morning his mouth is a little more closed up but still heavy breathing. At least as far as I can see. He was a little shy feeding but did go and get a few nice chunks of mysis this morning and kept them down. So is feeding just worried about the heavy breathing.

What is it and what treatment should I use? I see a few rough scales on them both but don't see at least what I think is any type of parasite or discoloration. Will get a better view when the lights are up higher.

EDIT: Looking at his mouth when I get him to face the camera it doesn't look like a straight horizontal line almost like it's puckered up or something......

I can't exactly say what is wrong with them but I had a black snowflake that was showing similar behavior to the first video. He was pretty much laying on the sand bed and his fins would stop moving at times and then I gave them a paraguard dip and ever since then he's been fine. He wasn't eating for a couple days before I found him on the sand bed and after the paraguard dip he started eating too

I woke up early this morning and went to check on my tank to find my RBTA tried to commit suicide in my MP10. It moved from the center of the tank and parked right below it letting it's oral disk and tentacles directly in to the flow in front of the pump and so far it's just staying there letting itself get blasted. Fortunately the sponge guard that it comes with kept the anemone from getting sucked in and shredded.

However the clowns were still asleep where the anemone was when I went to bed. Not twitching at all and both mouths closed. So I think it is the trying to acclimate to the anemone that is causing their issues.

I have a pair that have had those symptoms. Mine host a very larger hammer and I'm chalking it up to getting stung. They also often have black spots on their skin which from what I read sting marks. Mine usually heal in a couple of days and are perfectly normal after that. When swollen they do act odd when they try and feed, I assume it's painful for them to open their mouth.
