What kind of anemone to get???

Well im buying a pair of mated clowns and wanted to get a anemone to host both. I have a 30 gallon tank ..... Any Ideas?

What lights?
How long has your tank been set up?
What are your parameters -- with numbers
What else do you have in the tank?
Have you ever kept an anemone before?
