What is this clown? It looks like a percula clown, but it is a lot darker. More maroon than orange with yellow stripes instead of white.

Yes, gold stripe maroon (GSM).
She looks underfed. Ramp up feedings (mysis, Formula1&2 - 3 times a day). You've got an older female.
She might be suffering from internal parasites (long white stringy poo is an indication). PraziPro might be in order.
