Pretty interesting fish. I think I've got an idea on some.
#2 - looks like some type of cardinal, just not sure which.
#4 - looks like a Lined Blenny
#5 - looks like a Bicolor Chromis
#6 - looks like a Orbiculate Cardinalfish
#8 - looks like a Garibaldi Damsel

1 Opaleye (Girella nigricans)
3 Seamoth
7 Greenling (Hexagrammos sp.)
There that shoudl finish up the more odd ones if you want scientifics I can go find them later

I think we've got all of them, except for #4, the pictures on fishbase for Lined Blenny don't look quite like what I have here, do you folks all think that is a Lined Blenny?

Looks like a klausewitz blenny to me
Nevermind, apparently it's the same thing as a lined blenny...

#12 & #13 are Bicolor Anthias (Hawaii). I have 3 in my tank. They are my favorite Anthia, quite mellow temperment compared to Barletts.

#10 is Berndt's moray (Gymnothorax berndti), and #11 is a Fimbriated moray (Gymnothorax fimbriatus).
